After she slept with Trip (Robin Dunne), he neglects to call George (Ellen Muth) and she hates all men. She stalks Trip and is embarrassed to be caught. Rube is away and Roxie (Jasmine Guy) is filling in. Rube goes to a small town to find information about his former wife, Lucy. He talks a young bureaucrat into helping him with the computer, but it doesn’t help. Then the kid points out that there are boxes of old records in the basement. Rube finds his own birth certificate and death certificate. The kid finds a wanted poster with Rube’s face on it. Actually, it should not be his face, but the series is not consistent about those things.
George’s Mom (Cynthia Stevenson) and sister Reggie (Britt McKillup) are ordering in food, which is brought by a really gorgeous delivery guy. Mom flirts with him, but it’s not his usual route. Reggie tells her Mom that Dad’s girlfriend dumped him. Then she tries to get Dad (Greg Kean) jealous by telling him Mom has a date. Dad is upset and pretends to get an emergency phone call about work, so he can’t take Reggie for the evening, just to spoil Mom’s date. Angelo (Peter Williams), her date, shows up and invites Reggie along. They fly kites in the park and have a great time. Back at home, he gives Reggie his sketch of her Mom, and when Reggie goes to bed, they make out. He leaves without sex because the kid is nearby.
George’s reap is a crazy daredevil, Icarus Jones (Matt Hill), who skateboards off a building onto two mattresses in the alley below, but a Graveling wakes up a bum sleeping there who takes away the mattresses. Daisy (Lauren Harris) has to reap Buddy Briggs (Ty Olsson) who is arm-wrestling in a bar. She flirts with him he goes at it so hard that he spontaneously combusts and dies, with the help of a Graveling. A heart-throb producer named Ray (Eric McCormack) is after Daisy in a bar. George and Mason arrive. Mason is worried about George. Ray and Mason are playing pool and a goon comes up claiming to be next for the pool table. Ray beats him bloody with the pool cue. Then Daisy and Ray make out in the car.
George smashes a window and assaults the bride and groom dummies. She’s arrested. Roxie arrives but not to free her. She gives her a quarter to make her phone-call. She calls her boss Delores (Christine Willes), who leaves a Renaissance fair to come and bail her out. George decides she’s a grim reaper and the pangs of despised love don’t matter.
